📦 Overview
Packs are built before orders arrive. When a customer places a mystery box order, Shopify notifies this app and it instantly assigns a pre-built, ready pack — no manual picking at order time. If no matching pack exists the order is flagged so you know to build one.
🔄 How It Works — Step by Step
- Build a pack in the Packs tab — choose type, theme, size and price, then add items (hero + fillers). Mark it READY when it's physically packed and sitting on the shelf.
- Customer orders a mystery box on beserk.com.au
- Shopify fires a webhook → this app receives it instantly and looks for a Ready pack matching the box type, theme, size and price
- If a matching pack is found → it's assigned to the order, an internal note is added to the Shopify order with all item details, and Starshipit is updated with the parcel weight. Order appears as PENDING
- If no matching pack exists → order appears as NO PACK — build and assign one manually
- Pick & ship the pack, then mark the order FULFILLED
